by Gladys Diaz\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Are you having a hard time getting over a past relationship?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Have you done everything you know to do, and you still find yourself longing for someone that\u2019s long gone?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When thinking about\u00a0 that past relationship, do you find yourself thinking\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n \u2026<\/span>\u201cBut I still love him.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n \u2026\u201cI really thought he was the one.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n \u2026\u201cHow will I know I\u2019m choosing the right man next time, when I was wrong this time?\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n We hear these things from women all the time, and if you\u2019re in this position right now, <\/span>we\u2019re here to call you forward and say: <\/span>It\u2019s time to let it go!<\/b><\/p>\n If you\u2019re still energetically connected to someone, whether you say you are or not, then it\u2019s really difficult (if not <\/span>impossible<\/span><\/i>!) for someone new to come into your life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n And, even if you <\/span>do <\/span><\/i>meet someone who you\u2019re compatible with, the chemistry\u2019s there, and you have a great time with him, it will still feel like something is off.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s simply not possible to create something new and lasting if there is something in the space that you haven\u2019t let go of.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n If you\u2019ve been \u201cgetting over someone\u201d for 9 months, 2 years, 12 years, 40 years, it\u2019s time to get curious about why feel as if you\u2019re not able to move on.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What\u2019s <\/b>really<\/i><\/b> keeping you stuck?<\/b><\/p>\n Sometimes it\u2019s the person and the past relationship you feel you can\u2019t let go of.<\/span><\/p>\n Sometimes it\u2019s the <\/span>idea<\/span><\/i> of the past relationship that you\u2019ve glorified in your mind that\u2019s keeping you stuck.<\/span><\/p>\n But, more often than not, it\u2019s the <\/span>fear <\/span>that you <\/span>won\u2019t <\/span><\/i>be able to feel the same way you felt about that someone again, and you\u2019re afraid to let go and even try.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Here\u2019s the thing…\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Think about when you were a little girl at recess, swinging on the monkey bars. <\/span> It\u2019s the same thing when it comes to moving forward from a past relationship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n You have to find the courage to let go of the past in order to move forward and create something new.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n The work there is to do is to accept what actually happened in the past relationship and complete it so that you can be present in current experiences, move forward and be happy <\/span>NOW<\/span>!<\/span><\/p>\n You don\u2019t have to let go of the love you had\/have for that person. You can choose to love him forever, if you want to.<\/span><\/p>\n What you <\/span>do<\/b> need to let go of is the <\/span>attachment<\/span><\/i> to being with him and having him be a part of your life\u2026 even if that part is only in your head.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We believe there are people that come into our lives to teach us things or give us experiences that we need to have.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When you can accept that a past relationship was simply that, and you are able to release it and move forward, that\u2019s when magic starts to occur.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Letting go and moving on from someone doesn\u2019t have to take a year OR <\/b>years<\/i><\/b>!<\/b><\/p>\n When you make yourself the victim of someone else\u2019s choices, it robs you of your power and you sacrifice:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When you stop allowing someone else to determine whether or not you get to have the relationship of your dreams, you take back your power and you begin to attract men who are right for you <\/span>now<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If you\u2019re ready to let go of your past and move forward into the love you dream about then let go of one hand and join us this weekend for the Extraordinary Love Intensive<\/b>!
