T<\/span>his topic has been requested so many times from the women in our community and we listened!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n So, what is it exactly that has you resist stepping back out there?<\/b><\/p>\n FEAR.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Fear of\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2026 allowing yourself to be seen again.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2026 opening yourself up to rejection.<\/span><\/p>\n ,,, wasting your time with the wrong man (or men)<\/span><\/p>\n \u2026 looking silly because you don\u2019t know how to date anymore.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2026 not trusting this new thing called \u201conline dating\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n And those are just to name a few!<\/span><\/p>\n The starting over phase can feel like too much, which is why many women stay in toxic or abusive relationships <\/b>or<\/i><\/b> stay single when they really desire to be in a relationship.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n We get it. Doing anything for the first time, or for the first time in a <\/span>long<\/span><\/i> time, can be scary and feel really hard!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n But you can step back out there, and we\u2019re here to show you how.<\/span><\/p>\n The first thing you need to remember is to grant yourself some <\/b>space and grace<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n If you\u2019re just coming out of a relationship, there is healing and <\/span>HeartWork<\/span><\/i> that must occur <\/span>before<\/span> you\u2019ll be ready to jump back into the dating game.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s necessary, <\/span>and<\/span><\/i> it\u2019s okay!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n That being said, this healing time doesn\u2019t need to take 5, 10, or 15 years!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Give yourself enough time to get clear on why the past relationship didn\u2019t work and to do any healing inside yourself that is necessary to have dating work the next time around.<\/span><\/p>\n There are two things you need to get clear on before you\u2019ll be ready to date again.\u00a0<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Did you jump in too soon without knowing the person well enough?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Was there poor communication?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Were there character flaws you didn\u2019t notice (or didn\u2019t want to see) soon enough?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Were there personal fears or limiting beliefs that had you sabotage the relationship?<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Do you have limiting beliefs about men? About online dating, or dating in general?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Do you have limiting beliefs about yourself? Men? Relationships?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Are you recognizing any patterns with the dating experiences you\u2019re having?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n If you\u2019re experiencing the same thing over and over again, what is having you be attracted to that?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Be open to the possibility that your limiting beliefs and fears aren\u2019t \u201cthe truth,\u201d and that there\u2019s another possible truth.<\/span><\/p>\n Be crystal-clear about what you want to experience in the relationship of your dreams..\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n And then learn the best way to get back out there with power, grace, ease, and FUN!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The longer you wait, the harder it\u2019s going to be.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Do the inner work, and <\/span>then <\/span><\/i>start taking steps that will lead you in the right direction.<\/span><\/p>\n Learn how to set up an online profile that attracts the kind of man you want to share your life with.<\/span><\/p>\n Let your family, friends and co-workers know you\u2019re ready to start dating again and that you\u2019re open to meeting good, 100% available men. Look on Eventbrite or MeetUp for opportunities to meet people, and go to singles activities in your community.<\/span><\/p>\n There are so many ways to meet good men!\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Be courageous.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Be open.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Allow yourself to be seen and known.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Learn the BEST steps to take\u00a0 to attract the RIGHT man so that you can be alert and aware vs. scared and suspicious.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Oh!
