Your thoughts that you\u2019re not good enough\u2026\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

The fear of ending up alone forever\u2026\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Remembering all the \u201cwrong\u201d men you\u2019ve attracted in the past and disbelief that anything will ever be any different.<\/i><\/p>\n

Thinking you\u2019ll be taken advantage of like you were before\u2026\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

When these are the thoughts swirling around in your mind it\u2019s debilitating and life and love feel scary as hell.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Acceptance<\/b>. First you get to accept yourself and everything about your past. <\/span>

    <\/span>If you allow your past to determine your future you\u2019ll <\/span>always<\/span><\/i> feel like you have something to prove, like there\u2019s something to overcome, like you have to <\/span>work<\/span><\/i> to not become your mother or make the same mistakes you\u2019ve already made.<\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/span>Your past doesn\u2019t have to define you, tell you who you are or let you know what you can expect of your future.<\/span><\/span>\n

     <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. Forgiveness.<\/b> Second, you get to forgive the version of you that chose the painful experiences of the past so you can heal and move forward.<\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/span>You get to remove the emotional charge behind the memories so that they no longer have power to influence your present and future.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

  3. Clarity. <\/b>After you\u2019ve healed your past you can stand powerfully in who you are in the present. Then, and only then, can you be clear about what you want for your future. <\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/span>Once you have crystal clarity around what it is that you want to experience in a relationship, you\u2019ll be able to <\/span>stand for the man and relationship you want instead of settling for whatever\u2019s there.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It\u2019s incredible what opens up when you\u2019re able to accept and love yourself <\/span>fully<\/span><\/i>! <\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/span>When you know what you want and can be yourself without reservation you feel happier and more comfortable with yourself because the real <\/span>you<\/span><\/i> is showing up!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Your intuition becomes stronger and you\u2019re more and more able to make the decisions that are right for you quickly and without reservation or doubt.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
