One of the most common complaints we hear from single women is that dating is \u201chard.\u201d\u00a0 Ask a couple what it takes to make a relationship work, and you\u2019ll hear that it takes \u201chard work.\u201d\u00a0 Whenever we perceive that a task is going to be difficult to achieve, there will automatically be some form of resistance present: procrastination, pessimism, and a lack of energy and vitality.<\/p>\n

This is why some single women avoid going out or exploring online dating.\u00a0 It\u2019s easier to stay in the comfort of our homes, where it feels safe<\/i> and we don\u2019t have to risk feeling disappointed.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s also why some couples never make a move toward making the commitment to get married.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s why some couples will endure years <\/i>of misery \u2013 or at the very least, a lack of fulfillment and satisfaction \u2013 in their marriages.<\/p>\n

When taking the steps toward creating a loving, passionate, lifelong relationship occurs as \u201chard\u201d and difficult, it just seems easier to settle for (and complain about) the status quo.<\/p>\n

But what if dating and relationships didn\u2019t<\/span> have to be hard?\u00a0 What if they could be fun and fulfilling, instead?<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s talk about dating first.\u00a0 One of the main reasons dating can seem scary and difficult for some women is the fact that: \u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Men got out on dates<\/span><\/i><\/b>, and women go out on relationships<\/span><\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Even before they go on the very first date, many women are already wondering and imagining whether the guy is their \u201cMr. Right-for-Me.\u201d\u00a0 So much weight is placed on whether or not this date \u2013 the first<\/i> date, by the way \u2013 is going to lead to a relationship that the women are rarely ever present<\/i> on the actual date.<\/p>\n

If the date is going well, she\u2019s envisioning meeting his friends and family.\u00a0 If he mentions that he likes kids, she\u2019s imagining their big, happy family.\u00a0 If he says that he\u2019s going skiing on vacation, she\u2019s already imagining the color of the cute ski suit she is going to wear on the trip when he invites her to go (which he hasn\u2019t). If he orders a second glass of wine, she begins to wonder if he has a drinking problem and whether or not she can deal with being married to an alcoholic.\u00a0 And this is just the first date<\/i>!\u00a0 He hasn\u2019t even brought up going out together again!<\/p>\n

So, what are some easy ways to make dating more FUN?<\/strong><\/p>\n
