This was Week 1 of the From Heartache to Your Heart\u2019s Desires Telesummit<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a><\/span>.\u00a0 It has been a week filled with details: emails, interviews, technology issues.\u00a0 And it has been a week filled with miracles, too!\u00a0 Being able to connect with people all over the world (over 1500, so far) and share a message of love, healing, hope, and the promise of new beginnings has been \u2013 while at times overwhelming \u2013 a beautiful journey!<\/p>\n

Heartache is not the most \u201cfun\u201d topic to discuss.\u00a0 When a relationship ends, due to a breakup, divorce, or death, or when it begins to unravel, the pain is real<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0 As the experts who have been sharing on the telesummit have said, there are real physical effects to the heart, nervous system, and other parts of our bodies; there are emotional effects in the form of anger, sadness, confusion, and disappointment; as well as the grieving of the hopes and dreams we had envisions for ourselves.\u00a0 There\u2019s no doubt about it: The pain of heartache is real<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s optional, however, is suffering<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

It would be strange and unnatural to invest your time, attention, and love and then not feel anything <\/i>when it\u2019s over.\u00a0 But suffering is a choice.<\/i>\u00a0 You can either choose to stay in the grief, the anger, the resentment, or you can choose to acknowledge it, allow yourself to feel it, and then let it go<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0 You can choose to close off your heart \u2013 shutting out any possibility of giving and receiving love \u2013 or you can choose to step beyond what feels safe and allow love to flow to and through you.<\/p>\n

But how do you begin to let go of the suffering so that you can begin to live and love again?<\/b><\/p>\n

Well, if you\u2019ve been participating in the telesummit<\/span><\/a><\/span>, you\u2019ve heard different experts share a variety of ways to begin moving beyond the fear and pain and moving toward a new future filled with the possibility of love!<\/p>\n
