Last week in the U.S., as you probably know, we celebrated one of my favorite holidays: Thanksgiving.\u00a0 For a few days, there was a collective focus on the act of taking stock of our blessings and giving thanks for them. Whether or not Thanksgiving is a holiday you celebrate, I hope you took time to think, write about, and\/or verbally express thanks for the people, things, and experiences with which you are blessed.<\/p>\n

And, while the holiday is officially over, the act of giving thanks is something you can do every day!\u00a0 In giving thanks regularly, you have the power to shift your state of being from one of feeling upset, sad, and disappointed to that feeling happy, fulfilled, and blessed.<\/p>\n

It may difficult to believe that something that simple could have the power to transform the way you experience your life, health, wealth, and relationships, but it\u2019s absolutely true!<\/p>\n

Last week, I wrote an article about The Transformational Power of Gratitude<\/span><\/a><\/span>.\u00a0 Earlier that day, I had the privilege of doing an interview with Michelle Richards-Phillips of GeTVisioned TV<\/a> to talk about how gratitude can help create more love and peace in our lives and relationships.\u00a0 Of course, I threw in some other dating and relationship tips, as well!\u00a0 This was probably one of my favorite interviews, as I felt such a connection with Michelle as we spoke!<\/p>\n

Several of the people who have viewed the episode have let us know that they took on the Gratitude Challenge we gave at the end of the interview and what a difference it is making for them!\u00a0 People are not only experiencing a feeling of gratitude in their lives, but relationships with spouses and family members are being restored!<\/p>\n
