{"id":3865,"date":"2014-12-31T19:51:39","date_gmt":"2014-12-31T19:51:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.heartsdesireintl.com\/?p=3865"},"modified":"2014-12-31T19:51:39","modified_gmt":"2014-12-31T19:51:39","slug":"3-steps-to-realizing-your-love-resolutions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/heartsdesireintl.com\/home\/3-steps-to-realizing-your-love-resolutions\/","title":{"rendered":"3 Steps to Realizing Your Love Resolutions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">by Gladys Diaz<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">First, I want to point out that there<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>is a good\u00a0reason why I look like a wet duck in the video below!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">This morning, I was committed to going for a run, even though it&#8217;s New Year&#8217;s Eve and I would have\u00a0<em>much<\/em>\u00a0more preferred to have slept\u00a0\u00a0in a lot longer! \u00a0However, I made a New Year&#8217;s Resolution a few weeks ago<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(Yes, I know I was a bit early, but why wait?), so I held myself accountable and went out for a run.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Not .25 miles into the 4-mile run, it began to rain&#8230;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>hard<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Immediately, fears, doubts, and excuses started going CRAZY in my head.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>It&#8217;s raining too hard&#8230;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>I should go back home&#8230;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>I&#8217;m going to get sick&#8230;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">It was amazing to me\u00a0just how\u00a0<em>quickly\u00a0<\/em>I was ready to find a reason to justify not honoring my commitment when something unexpected happened!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">And it got me thinking about how today and in the next few days you and millions of people will be making New Year&#8217;s Resolutions that probably (sadly)\u00a0won&#8217;t last beyond a month &#8212; or even a\u00a0week, simply because they haven&#8217;t planned on what to do when stuff (a.k.a. life) happens!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>So, at mile 3, when it finally\u00a0stopped raining, I sat down on a soaking wet bench and shot a quick\u00a0video message\u00a0just for you on 3 steps you can take to make sure you\u00a0realize your resolution, even when something unexpected happens!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Click below to watch this short video!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OxeV4ToON44\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><center><\/center><\/center><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Michelle and I will be taking you through these 3 steps at the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><a class=\"validating\" style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.heartsdesireintl.com\/2015LoveResolution\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.heartsdesireintl.com\/2015LoveResolution\">Love Resolution Workshop<\/a><\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>we are hosting on January 24th in Ft.
