This week I\u2019ve been thinking a lot about change.<\/span><\/p>\n

Many of our clients are experiencing the growing pains that come with making real changes in their lives. The kinds of changes that lead to true transformation<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s easy to forget that change \u2013 even when it\u2019s \u201cgood change\u201d \u2013 can feel uncomfortable. In fact, at times, it can feel downright painful.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transformation is a process.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It requires letting go of what\u2019s become familiar \u2013 what we\u2019re used to \u2013 and taking on new beliefs, behaviors and ways of being.<\/span><\/p>\n

It involves being willing <\/em>to try something new \u2013 something that brings with it the promise of new \u2013 or renewed \u2013 love.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transformation requires courage.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It involves having the courage to hope that things can improve and turn out differently, without knowing exactly what that final outcome will be or look like.<\/span><\/p>\n

My favorite symbol of transformation is the butterfly.<\/span><\/p>\n

A butterfly is so beautiful and delicate. She flutters from one place to another with such grace and ease.<\/span><\/p>\n

To see her in all of her splendor, it\u2019s easy to forget that that she wasn\u2019t always that beautiful, graceful being.<\/span><\/p>\n

At one point she was a small, fuzzy, worm-like thing. Not necessarily something that inspired awe or wonder.<\/span><\/p>\n

To get to this beautiful stage, the butterfly had to be willing to transform herself from the inside<\/em> out<\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

She had to be willing to be uncomfortable. She had to be willing to go through the pain and then release herself <\/em>from what had been keeping her captive!<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s the same with you, my beautiful butterfly-in-the-making.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make changes so that you can experience the happy, loving, passionate relationship you have always wanted, you\u2019re going to have to go through some changes. <\/span>
\nYou\u2019re going to have to be willing to be courageous.<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019re going to have to be willing to let go of and release yourself <\/em>from the beliefs, fears, and behaviors which do not serve you and are not giving you the results that you want.<\/span><\/p>\n

It won\u2019t always be easy.<\/span><\/p>\n

There will be times when you\u2019ll wonder if it\u2019s just easier to stay inside of your cocoon of fear, doubt, pain and resentment.<\/span><\/p>\n

And it might seem like it for a while, but staying there will not allow you to break free, spread your wings and experience and enjoy the love and happiness that are waiting for you on the other side!<\/span><\/p>\n

I invite you to break through the resistance and resignation and embrace the life and love that are your birthright.<\/span>\"butterfly<\/a><\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to break free and spread your wings so that you can discover the love that is already waiting for you!<\/span><\/p>\n
