I just finished doing a wonderful meditation that was has really inspired me to take a step I’ve been resisting taking for a while. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s not that I didn’t know what step to take. It’s not that I felt I couldn’t or wasn’t capable of taking the step.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The truth is, I was just afraid of taking it.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So, what did I do? \u00a0I did the fear exercise that we teach in the\u00a0Ready to Love Again\u00a0<\/em>program! \u00a0I went through it, step by step, and, in just a few minutes, I was in a space where I felt empowered to take the step that had been stopping me! \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This exercise is so powerful!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, I just received a testimonial from one of our\u00a0Ready to Love Again\u00a0<\/em>graduates, Kristin,\u00a0who is now in a very happy, loving relationship after being single for many years and sharing with me on more than one occasion how she questioned if she would ever be able to attract love into her life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Before the program, my dating life was frustrating. The fear exercise was huge for me. This is where I saw a lot of my breakthroughs in the program.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0I actually found out that with the “story” I was telling myself all about my “failures,” I was making myself the victim. (Poor me, poor me.) \u00a0Instead of looking at the situation and staying in the present:\u00a0 This is what it is. It’s nothing else.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There were\u00a0several times fears came up, and I did the fear exercise. That would help me stay “present” and be able to let go of my fear. Sometimes I’ve had to do the exercise more than once.\u00a0 Sometimes I\u00a0had to go deeper and learn what my true triggers are so I can work on\u00a0that specific trigger.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

How am I and this relationship different? \u00a0For starters, this is the longest relationship I have had in my entire life!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

During the program, I was able to make a list of what I wanted to experience during courtship with a man.\u00a0 I will tell you this:\u00a0I have seen every one of those things I\u00a0listed with this man!”<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Kristin got clear about what her fears were and used the tools in the\u00a0Ready to Love Again\u00a0<\/em>program to help her break through them and attract the relationship she thought she’d never find!<\/span><\/p>\n
