{"id":5365,"date":"2017-02-25T00:56:23","date_gmt":"2017-02-25T00:56:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/heartsdesireintl.com\/home\/?p=5365"},"modified":"2017-02-26T19:08:15","modified_gmt":"2017-02-26T19:08:15","slug":"you-have-to-do-this-if-you-want-lasting-love","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/heartsdesireintl.com\/home\/you-have-to-do-this-if-you-want-lasting-love\/","title":{"rendered":"You HAVE to Do This if You Want Lasting Love!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">by Gladys Diaz<\/span><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5366\" src=\"http:\/\/heartsdesireintl.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/woman-thinking_silhouette.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"251\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I was just sitting here, sipping my coffee,\u00a0smiling as I read through the comments that the women in The Self-Love Secret Mission are posting on our private Facebook group. \u00a0It is simply amazing what these women have begun to create in their lives in just 11 days!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There are women who:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">walked away from dead-end and toxic relationships they have been in <em>for years<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">received unexpected checks in the mail and promotions at work<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">began\u00a0dating again and have several men asking them out on dates\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">have more confidence, which is allowing them to have what would have been scary or difficult conversations, <em>and<\/em> they are getting the results that they want<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">recommitted to their health and fitness goals and have more energy<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">are feeling more irresistible, love-able, and alive!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How in the world can all of this happen in just 12\u00a0days?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Well, first of all, these are powerful women who are deeply committed to themselves and their happiness!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Another reason is that the \u201csecret\u201d lies inside of each of the secret missions the women receive and carry out each day. \u00a0On the surface, these seem like fun, \u201ceasy\u201d missions to complete in just a few minutes per day. \u00a0However, there is a deeper, more essential purpose and intention behind each of the missions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Each mission is specifically designed to deepen the woman\u2019s level of self-love, confidence, and irresistibility. \u00a0By making the time to focus on herself each and every day while completing the missions, she is making herself, her happiness, and her heart\u2019s desires a priority every single day. \u00a0That\u2019s not a gift most women give themselves on a daily basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As the women continue doing the missions during the last week of The Self-Love Secret Mission, I know we will be hearing about more miracles, breakthroughs, and even the start of some new romances. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">How do I know? \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Well&#8230; first, because it\u2019s what happens each time we do this 21-day mission!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Second, because many of the women are choosing to continue working with us by joining the R<em>eady to Love Again<\/em> program, so they will have the tools and guidance to create the happy, loving relationships of their dreams with men who love, honor and adore them! I know this because, a truly deep level of love with yourself is the secret ingredient to creating lasting romantic love with another person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>See, you simply cannot share with someone else what you don\u2019t have with or within yourself. So, the deeper and more loving a relationship you have with yourself, the more intimate and loving a relationship you can create with someone who also wants to love, honor, and adore you for the amazing woman you are!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>If you chose not to join the mission, or you missed it for whatever reason, here are a few things you can do to begin creating a deeper, more loving relationship with yourself so that you can attract and keep the love of your life:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1. Make time for yourself every day. \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Look, we\u2019re all busy, successful women and our days are FULL of doing, accomplishing, and focusing on others. \u00a0Taking just 10-15 minutes for yourself at least once a day goes a long way toward getting yourself into the habit of prioritizing yourself and your happiness. Remember, you can\u2019t expect a man to commit years and years of his life to loving you, if you continue to say that you don\u2019t have the time to dedicate at least 15 minutes to yourself each day!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Make a list of things you can do to replenish your body, soul, and spirit everyday. \u00a0Do you like to journal? \u00a0Does listening to uplifting music and podcasts lift your spirit? \u00a0What makes you feel peaceful and happy? \u00a0Make your list and do one thing a day. See how that begins to not only change and deepen your relationship with yourself, but attract more love and your other heart\u2019s desires into your life!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. Get support and guidance from a mentor who already has the results you want. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Self-love involves a lot more than doing a few nice things for yourself every day. \u00a0There is a lot of mind-shifting and heart-shifting work involved in creating the kind of relationship with yourself that empowers you to create and attract the love, happiness, health, and wealth your \u00a0heart desires. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Most of the changes that need to be made in order to break through thought and behavior patterns and habits that are keeping you from having the things you most desire are in your blind spots &#8211; the areas of your subconscious that you are not aware of. Distinguishing and dismantling those thoughts and patterns that are not giving you the results you want requires working with someone who not only has already done that kind of work and can easily guide you through it, but who also has the results that you want. \u00a0The last thing you want or need is to have someone who isn\u2019t able to produce the results you want in his or her own life telling you what it is <em>you<\/em> need to do!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I often say that <strong>every single breakthrough I\u2019ve ever had has come as a result of working with a coach<\/strong>, and that is the absolute truth. I\u2019m highly selective of who I allow to whisper in my ear and guide me toward my dream life, business, and relationship. \u00a0Being a coach is a huge responsibility and privilege, so, when a woman makes the choice to work with us, Michelle and I give our hearts and souls to her because we are committed to helping her do <em>whatever it takes <\/em>to have the life and love she desires and deserves!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">So, be very selective about who you choose to mentor and guide you. \u00a0This will make your journey to your heart\u2019s desires a lot faster and easier!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Join a group of like-minded women who will support and encourage you and not allow you to slip into old habits or behavior and thought patterns. <\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There is so much that can be said about the power of surrounding yourself with women who, while they are on their own individual paths, are on the same journey toward creating the life and love their hearts desire. \u00a0And it\u2019s important that the women in this group are receiving the same high-level mentorship I mentioned above so that you know that <em>they<\/em> are taking the right steps and providing you with the kind of support you need to manifest the results you want. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Another invaluable piece of coaching I give my clients is to <strong>make sure that the women who surround you are lifting you up, not commiserating or bringing negative energy into your space<\/strong>. When you have a setback or you\u2019re not being loving with yourself or reflecting the best version of you, you want women who will empathize, yes, but <u>not<\/u> add to any feelings of self-doubt or self-pity. \u00a0Instead, they empathize and then help you see that you are <em><strong>bigger<\/strong><\/em> than the challenge or setback and that you <em><strong>can<\/strong><\/em> lift yourself up.
