by Michelle Roza<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I don\u2019t know about you, but that word just brings all the feels!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n To be\u00a0cherished<\/i>. What does that really mean?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Literally, the word\u00a0cherish<\/i><\/b>\u00a0means to hold dear, to show affection for, to cultivate care, and to harbor in the mind deeply and resolutely.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Being cherished looks like being absolutely loved, cared for, and protected.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n So how do you attract the man that will not only cherish you, but cherish you\u00a0forever?\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n #1 – Believe You\u2019re Worth It.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n I\u2019ve said it before, and I\u2019ll keep saying it forever, because it really is\u00a0that<\/i>\u00a0important.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The reason why we say it over and over is because I don\u2019t think any of us walk around consciously thinking that we aren\u2019t worth it. But, when you stop and honestly look at what\u2019s underneath, do you really\u00a0know<\/b>\u00a0that you deserve to be cherished?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I know, for me, I remember when I didn\u2019t believe.<\/span><\/p>\n On the surface, everything looked great, but, underneath, it wasn\u2019t great at. Because I didn\u2019t believe that I was worth it.<\/span><\/p>\n I never allowed myself to be seen by the men who I thought were really great. The high-quality, good character men, I just didn\u2019t show up for. I always went one step below.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Because that\u2019s what I felt like I deserved.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I felt so much shame about my divorce, about dating not working for me, and about being alone. I felt like my time was just about up to find love, and I was so desperate for love!<\/span><\/p>\n Can you relate?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It wasn\u2019t until I did the\u00a0HeartWork<\/i>\u00a0– the internal work to release, heal, and let go of the layers of fear, shame and heartache – that things started to shift.<\/span><\/p>\n I started to feel better FOR REAL, so that\u2019s what started being reflected out in the world, and that\u2019s what I began attracting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I stopped attracting \u201cnot good\u201dmen and \u201cnot-good-for-me\u201d men and started attracting those good guys that had the qualities that I desired<\/span><\/p>\n And I soon found Arnie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The #1 thing you MUST do in order to find the partner that will cherish you forever is to\u00a0believe that you are worth it.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n #2\u00a0 – Make Yourself a Priority<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n You\u00a0must<\/i>\u00a0make yourself a priority if you expect anyone else to. And it\u2019s not just about doing your nails and your hair and looking physically attractive. It\u2019s also not about buying yourself more \u201cstuff.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Making yourself a priority is about spending\u00a0time<\/i>\u00a0with yourself. Filling yourself up so that you aren\u2019t looking to be filled by someone else.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We all have big lives and sometimes we can end up putting ourselves at the bottom of the pile – and that doesn\u2019t help\u00a0anyone<\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Your way of being is the most attractive thing to a man (and everyone else). So make yourself a priority, so that you have light to give.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n #3 – Honor Your Word<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n If you want a man that will cherish, respect, and love you, then YOU must cherish you and respect you and love you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Honor your word.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If you say you will go to bed at 10:00, go to bed at 10:00.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If you say you\u2019ll go to the gym at 7am, then get up and go to the gym at 7am.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If you tell your kids that bedtime is 9pm, then put them to bed at 9pm.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When you don\u2019t honor your word, then others don\u2019t know what they can count on your for. Worse than that, even YOU don\u2019t know what you can count on yourself for. That breeds self-doubt,\u00a0 and it\u2019s all downhill from there.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n You will learn to not trust yourself, and you can\u2019t trust a man if can\u2019t trust yourself to choose the right man.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Stop living your life based on your feelings, because your feelings change! Start living your life by your commitments, saying \u201cthis WILL be\u201d and then making sure it is so. Do that, and see what changes!<\/span><\/p>\n You see, it really does begin with you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We may sound like a broken record, but it\u2019s the absolute truth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I was talking to a client the other day who just got married!!! I was remembering one of our first conversations when we uncovered her belief that there was something wrong with her because she was in her 50\u2019s and had never been married. She believed that it would have been better to have been divorced 3 times than to be her age and have never been in a long-term relationship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What a limiting belief! But can you relate?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Once we uncovered that limiting belief and she did her\u00a0HeartWork<\/i>, she started showing up in the world differently. She was smiling again. She felt good! And she was no longer on a timeline. She knew that\u00a0she\u00a0deserved<\/i>\u00a0it and that it was on it\u2019s way to her.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n She ended up attracting a man that she\u2019d met decades before who came back into her life, and now they are happily married.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
