Someone who’s made a difference for you?<\/span><\/p>\n Who would you\u00a0 like to be more like?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What characteristics do they have that you admire?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Do they show integrity<\/i>? Are they authentic<\/i> and real<\/i>? Take Oprah, for example. There is just such an amazing way that she exemplifies grace under fire. She is compassionate while being rigorous. She is kind while being strong. She speaks up and takes a stand without being reactive. She is dignified.<\/span><\/p>\n Those are just a few of the things that we look up to in women.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n How about you?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Oftentimes, we recognize things in others that we\u2019d like to develop more of in ourselves.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Whether you\u2019re in a relationship or dating, it\u2019s essential to be self-aware. To be able to recognize the places within yourself that are your opportunities for growth.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We say, \u201copportunities for growth,\u201d<\/i> because it\u2019s not that you\u2019re doing anything wrong or that you\u2019re trying to be something you\u2019re not.
