by Gladys Diaz\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Believing you can have the love you desire is the key to creating the relationship of your dreams.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Do you really <\/i>\u00a0believe it\u2019s possible for you?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Your answer is probably yes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n But, here\u2019s the kicker.: Your brain is getting in the way.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Whether it\u2019s been years since your last relationship, or you\u2019re in one right now,\u00a0 if you\u2019re struggling to know how to make it work the way you want it to, there\u2019s a belief that\u2019s getting in the way.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Everything we believe is given by something that happened in our past.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Things happen. Promises are broken, something unexpected happens, people change, partners die\u2026 and we start to wonder: Can I really have the love I want?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n No matter what your relationship status, ask yourself this: <\/span>What is getting in the way of me having the relationship I really want?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n The first thing to pay attention to is what you\u2019re thinking in the little moments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What\u2019s the very first thing that comes to your mind when someone says you\u2019re beautiful?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When he doesn\u2019t call after a date?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When he\u2019s 10 minutes late to pick you up?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When your boss calls you in for a meeting?<\/span><\/p>\n The reason it\u2019s important to pay attention to those thoughts is because those thoughts are the ones running the show.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n They\u2019re creating your \u201creality.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Even if you say you know you can have the relationship you really want, but you don\u2019t fully believe<\/i> it, you won\u2019t be able to create it.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n You will always listen to your beliefs over your thoughts or words.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n So,<\/span>\u00a0what\u2019s running your show?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What are your dominant thoughts focused on?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Do you think you can\u2019t trust him? That relationships never last?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Do you feel like relationships are too hard, or that a great relationship is never going to happen for you?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n These thoughts were created before <\/i>you had your first kiss or your first crush.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n And that\u2019s why it\u2019s important to get to the root beliefs under those thoughts, so that you can dig them up and replace them with beliefs that will serve you.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s like when I\u2019m pulling those pesky weeds out of my yard. If I don\u2019t pull them all the way out, including the roots, they will just grow back! But if I pull them\u00a0 out,\u00a0 roots and all, they will be gone for good.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s the same with our beliefs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When you get to the root of the belief that\u2019s tainting your reality, then, and only <\/i>then, can you replace it by planting new experiences which create new beliefs that are just as strong and deeply rooted as the old belief.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Those pesky beliefs that cause you to run the same patterns in your life cause disappointing experiences. Enough disappointment leads to apathy and more disempowering beliefs, and the tug-of-war in your life goes on and on!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The conversation you\u2019re having in your head is what\u2019s keeping you stuck exactly where you are.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n If you\u2019re done suffering and are tired of having a hard time in relationships, let us help you!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
