by Gladys Diaz\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What is the key to true love<\/i>?\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Many women think it lies in finding the right person or having a perfected list of qualities you\u2019re looking for in a partner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Some think it\u2019s about where or how you meet the person,\u00a0 while others think the key is in \u201cdivine timing.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What we\u2019ve found from working with women of every age, from many countries, and all backgrounds is that there is <\/span>one thing<\/span> that truly separates the women that create the loving, intimate, long term relationship they desire and those that don\u2019t.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The key to creating true love with another person is creating true love within yourself first<\/i>.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Now, we\u2019re not talking about self-care<\/i>, though we do encourage doing all the things that fill you up and nourish your soul.<\/span><\/p>\n Self-love is deeper.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Self-love is about the relationship <\/i>you have with yourself.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s the things you say about and to yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s feeling comfortable with the most intimate parts of who you are.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s the beliefs you hold about yourself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s the way you trust who you are and how you feel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s loving and accepting every part of you, even the parts of you you\u2019re afraid others may not like.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s bringing forgiveness and acceptance to your past.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n True self-love creates confidence, trust and the ability to create the things you most deeply desire. <\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This is important whether you are single, in a relationship, or in a relationship that isn\u2019t everything you hoped it would be,\u00a0 because the relationship you have with yourself will be reflected in the relationships you create with other people.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Do you have any resistance coming up around this? When I was in the midst of my own self-love mission, everything in my life looked perfect on the outside.
