The Power of a Promise!

Woman Feeling Joy_FDP_ID-10046751

When I began working on the From Heartache to Your Heart’s Desires Telesummit, I didn’t know exactly what it would look like, who the experts would be, or who, if anyone would register to participate.  I only knew that, if I was going to put that much time and effort into something, I wanted it to make a real difference!  So I made myself and all of the future participants a promise that I would do everything in my power to make sure that the telesummit was something of value – something that would cause hearts to open and lives to change.  I made a promise that, at the end of this telesummit, people would feel empowered to break through the pain and fear of the past and the heartache they had experienced and feel ready to step out boldly and courageously into a new future filled with the possibility of loving and being loved again.

Well, based on the testimonials I’ve been getting from participants, I can confidently say that the promise is being fulfilled!  But don’t take my word for it.  See for yourself the difference that this telesummit is making in people’s lives!

I am ready to find love again. I actually believe!”

Gladys,

I just wanted to let you know that your telesummit is the BEST love telesummit I have yet to participate in!

What is so incredible about yours is that the entire hour or less, even 50 or 55 minutes is filled with 50 minutes of deep valuable context, tips, tools, questions, techniques that the listener can use RIGHT AWAY in our lives. I mean, we can get off the phone and live from that context or use those tips or questions or that process immediately.

AND to boot! There really is SOMETHING for every single person on the call whether you are single or married in every single interview. I don’t have to miss an interview about partnerships or incredible sex as you always bring what there is for single people listening or someone not quite ready to date and getting over heartache! Hello…this one is me, not quite ready to let the last dream go!

What is incredible is that from participating in your telesummit – and this never happened to me in other telesummit – I am ready to find love again. I actually believe! I really believe he is out there and the love I will bring will be better than ever, healthier than ever, all because of the soul nurturing, spirit expanding and honoring context I have gained from listening to your telesummit. I never believed it was possible after 50, and now I do! And I can learn to do the deep work within and not make it about anyone or him out there or about something lacking in me. But I can learn with self love and forgiveness and compassion and bring that out into the world. I feel expansive and larger in some way. Like my spirit has opened again and so has my heart.

In short (ha ha ha), I am just so grateful and appreciative of you, this telesummit you have put together and your hostess abilities. Thank-you, from the bottom of my unclosed heart that is ready to love again and believe in love again. I really didn’t expect that to come out of this summit. I really thought I would grieve for another few years about my husband who got away because I blew it and should know better at the age of 50! Thank-you is not enough to say but thank-you for healing my broken heart and opening me up to the possibility of love again, even better, even healthier!

I feel like I am having a spiritual awakening in the area of self love, self care and how I am thinking about and who I am being in relationship. From a telesummit! I never would have thought that was possible. On some level, it’s like the context that each speaker brings is resonating and touching my soul. I am willing to do the deep work. ~ L

How to Break Through Pain and Fear and Live the Love Your Heart Desires!

How to Break Through Pain and Fear and Live the Love Your Heart Desires!

by Gladys Diaz

Heart Bandaid_FDP_ID-10057065Week 2 of the From Heartache to Your Heart’s Desire Telesummit has been no less amazing than the first week of empowering and transformational interviews!  From the powerful messages, to the incredibly generous free gifts offered by the experts, to the amazing testimonials that fill my Inbox and our Facebook fan page every day, I can’t begin to express what a fascinating journey this has been.

My biggest take-away so far from this telesummit is the incredible privilege it is to be able to (1) live my purpose and bring this message of hope, healing, and transformation to the world, and (2) how much love there is in this amazing, beautiful world.  The experts on this telesummit did not get paid, nor did they sell programs.  They simply gave generously of their time and themselves, and, in doing so,  we came together and created something absolutely beautiful and powerful that is changing hearts and lives all over the world.

One of the testimonials that most moved me was from a woman who is homeless and living out of her car with her dog.  She lost her young only son a few years ago, found out her husband had been unfaithful throughout most of their son’s life, lost her job and, consequently, her home.  She uses the Internet in public libraries, free Internet cafes, and other places that provide free Wi-Fi, and came across the telesummit.  She signed up and was listening to the interviews while applying for jobs.  And, despite everything she is facing – all of the heartache that she has experienced and is still going through – all she could do was thank me for the interviews and the messages she was hearing and receiving.

As I posted on Facebook the day after I received her email: If you think for one minute that when you are living your purpose it doesn’t make a difference for others… Think again!

And there’s a reason this woman was expressing thanks for the interviews.  This isn’t “just another love summit.”  The messages in this telesummit are power-full  and provide real, concrete information about inner healing, hope, living fearlessly, and attracting love into our lives!

  • On Monday,l Dr. Margaret Paul talked about “The Profound Secret to Healing Heartache.”  She walked us through a healing exercise that I did as she was explaining it, and experienced a wonderful sense of healing and peace – so much so that I was moved to tears during our interview!
  • Laurel House came in with guns blaring and talked about “Screwing the (Dating) Rules: The No-Games Guide to Finding True Love.”  She talked about the importance of identifying your core values and one of my favorite topics: getting rid of the checklist. You know “the checklist” – that insurmountable list of criteria that only a perfectly programmed robot could meet?  Yeah, that one!
  • On Tuesday, Rhonda Britten started the day off with her powerful message of “Fearless Living.” She brought a whole new perspective to the way we approach fear.  Rather than fear being something we feel badly for experiencing, we can now have a more compassionate view of fear and the role it plays in protecting us.  And once you see fear for what it is, you can work with it!
  • Dr. Dar shared how “You Absolutely Can Find and Create a Happy Relationship!”  She walked us through what we can do when we feel “triggered,” and how we can choose how we respond to that feeling.  She also shared about how we get to choose between “heart” and “ache”! It was brilliant!
  • On Wednesday, Allana Pratt started off by talking about “Trusting Your Vulnerability.”  In our conversation, she shared how having the courage to look at the choices we’ve made and with love and compassion brings forth unconditional love and allowance, which makes us magnetic to those we are loving and allowing to love us.
  • Ellen Smoak shared “The Secrets to Beating a Broken Heart BEFORE it Beats You!”  One of my favorite parts of the interview was when she talked about not trying to “fall out of love,” but “repurposing” that love onto yourself!
  • On Thursday, Susan Lazar Hart shared how to “Reclaim Your Life, Reclaim Your Self” and talked to us about the power of “Living in the question.”  She gave us a list of questions to ask ourselves so that we can move past the blocks stopping us from allowing love into our lives.
  • Kara Oh shared about “The Healing Power of Self-Love.”  She talked about how going through a heartache and not learning the lessons is a waste.  She also talked about how, in order to change our behaviors, we can’t simply toss them out.  Instead we need to replace them with new ones.  She also gave us a great exercise we can use to move past pain and see the blessings in the heartache.
  • On Friday, Hemal Radia talked about “Manifesting a New Relationship After Heartache.”  He also talked about how to maintain and renew love in an existing relationship.  One of my favorite quotes was when he said that whatever you are feeling does not have to do with the other person.  It has to do with the feelings you have about yourself. Powerful!
  • And Rachel DeAlto talked to us about how to “Get Your Flirt On: How to Meet Him and Keep Him,” giving us the 5 Steps to Flirting. And I love that we talked about how continuing to flirt, even once you’re married, sends the message that “Even if we weren’t in a committed relationship, I’d still date you!” How awesome is that?

And we have even more incredible interviews coming up next week, when we’ll have Dr. Ray Doktor, James Allen Hanrahan, Innessa Freylekhman, and It’s All About Women’s “Queen Esther” Brandon sharing more information on how to break through the fears, pain and emotional and physical “clutter” that are stopping you from experiencing the life and love your heart desires and that you deserve!

If you missed the interviews featured during Weeks 1 or 2, there is no need to worry!  There will be a “Replay Day” on Sunday, May 19th where you’ll have an all-access pass to all previously-aired interviews!  If you’d really prefer to not have to wait to listen to recordings until they air, or having to listen to them within 72 hours, after signing up you can upgrade your subscription to VIP Membership, where you’ll receive MP3 recordings of all of the interviews and links to all of the free gifts!  But, first, you need to register, so go to: http://www.heartachetoheartsdesires.com NOW!

How to Heal Your Broken Heart

How to Heal Your Broken Heart

by Gladys Diaz

Healing a broken heart_PP_medium_2223713451(1)

This was Week 1 of the From Heartache to Your Heart’s Desires Telesummit.  It has been a week filled with details: emails, interviews, technology issues.  And it has been a week filled with miracles, too!  Being able to connect with people all over the world (over 1500, so far) and share a message of love, healing, hope, and the promise of new beginnings has been – while at times overwhelming – a beautiful journey!

Heartache is not the most “fun” topic to discuss.  When a relationship ends, due to a breakup, divorce, or death, or when it begins to unravel, the pain is real.  As the experts who have been sharing on the telesummit have said, there are real physical effects to the heart, nervous system, and other parts of our bodies; there are emotional effects in the form of anger, sadness, confusion, and disappointment; as well as the grieving of the hopes and dreams we had envisions for ourselves.  There’s no doubt about it: The pain of heartache is real.

What’s optional, however, is suffering.

It would be strange and unnatural to invest your time, attention, and love and then not feel anything when it’s over.  But suffering is a choice.  You can either choose to stay in the grief, the anger, the resentment, or you can choose to acknowledge it, allow yourself to feel it, and then let it go.  You can choose to close off your heart – shutting out any possibility of giving and receiving love – or you can choose to step beyond what feels safe and allow love to flow to and through you.

But how do you begin to let go of the suffering so that you can begin to live and love again?

Well, if you’ve been participating in the telesummit, you’ve heard different experts share a variety of ways to begin moving beyond the fear and pain and moving toward a new future filled with the possibility of love!

  • Julie-Anne Shapiro shared how to bring love and forgiveness to your inner child and about making a Soul Commitment to having the love your heart desires.
  • Julie Ferman spoke of being present and approaching dating and love as a journey.
  • Stephan Gonnick walked us through exercises to move through the three universal blocks that keep us from experiencing love.
  • Marni Battista explained how we can avoid the #1 relationship killer: the need to be right.
  • Jennifer Grace shared some daily practices that will help us begin to heal and discover the love that’s already inside of us.
  • Laura Doyle talked about how to avoid the four major mistakes women make when it comes to creating a loving relationship.
  • Marcy Neumann shared how it’s in letting go that we can let love in.
  • Charles J. Orlando explained how we can kill the endless cycle of unfulfilling relationships.
  • And, today, Jennifer Hadley shares how we can “unbreak” our hearts; and
  • Debi Berndt and Dr. Roberto Maldonado share how to create “conscious chemistry,” rather than falling into the trap of unconscious “default” relationship patterns.

And this is just in the first 5 days of the telesummit!  We still have another 8 days to go!

Here’s what some participants are saying:

What an incredible interview with Julie-Anne Shapiro! I loved the part where she encouraged us to visualize our inner child and “provide her with what her heart desires”! That was a huge AHA for me! I was actually able to see the inner child in me…now I think I have an idea of what she desires. 🙂 Thank you again you Gladys Diaz for the incredible messages during the telesummit! I am so excited!!! ~ D

Thank you so much for putting this program together. It’s been wonderful so far. I am sure the rest will be fabulous, too.

Thanks to all of your guests and especially to Laura Doyle for her great generosity in giving this huge gift to this sweet community. ~ M

Thanks so much for putting all of these tele-interviews together, keep up the good work.
I just felt I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the talk with Marcy Neumann – wow!  Everything she said just echoed so deeply within me, it all made so much sense, I kept taking notes and re-listening to some of the parts.  She has so much wisdom to share.
Thank you again.
It was lovely today, and it will help me to take one step at a time to figure out where my GPS is going to lead me, but I must identify that myself too. ~ L in Austria

I am trying to get the whole world to join in.  It’s amazing! ~ Y

If you missed part of Week 1, there is no need to worry!  There will be a “Replay Day” on Sunday, May 13th where you’ll be able to listen to all of the available interviews – even the ones that have expired!  If you’d really prefer to not have to wait to listen to recordings until they air, or having to listen to them within 72 hours, after signing up you can upgrade your subscription to VIP Membership, where you’ll receive MP3 recordings of all of the interviews and links to all of the free gifts!  But you need to register, so go to: http://www.heartachetoheartsdesires.com NOW!

Love Doesn’t “Just Happen” – It’s Created

Love Doesn’t “Just Happen” – It’s Created

by Gladys Diaz

heart created by hands_FDP_ID-10034900

As I continue to interview experts for the “From Heartache to Your Heart’s Desires” Telesummit, my heart smiles each time one of them says something that reaffirms the message Michelle and I are committed to sharing with the world: The relationship of your dreams is something you create!

I’ve gathered over 20 of the leading experts in dating, relationships, healing and transformation to share with women – whether they are single or in relationships – how they can move past the pain and fear of heartache and move toward creating and experiencing the life and love their hearts desires.  These experts are from all over the world.  And, while some of them know or have heard of one another, I have to believe that it’s more than a “coincidence” that a recurring theme in many of the interviews is this:

Love is something you create, and it begins with your thoughts and words!

The power of our thoughts and the words we think and speak about dating, love, and relationships create our experience of what dating and being in a relationship is like for us.  If you think and talk about how dating is a waste of time, that it’s “hard,” and that there are no good men out there, then you can expect to either not be approached for dates or go out on date after date that leads nowhere.  If you spend time thinking and talking about how relationships are hard, how marriages don’t last, and how love eventually fades away, then you can expect to struggle in your relationships, consider and threaten divorce when things get tough, and to have very little romance in your relationship or marriage.  And what we tell ourselves about how worthy we are of giving and receiving love has a huge impact on how “love-able” (able to love and be loved) we allow ourselves to be.

While it can seem like we have very little control over who we fall in love with, how the relationship turns out, and what our experience of being in the relationship is or will be, the truth is that everything that is happening (or not happening) in our lives and in our relationships is being influenced by our own thoughts and words.

That’s why creating this telesummit has become more than just a “great idea” or a nice project.  It’s become a mission.  A mission to end the trap of heartache – where remaining in the pain and sadness seems “safer” than moving forward, doing the work to heal and empower ourselves, and creating the love we say we desire!  With each interview you will hear about how to identify and remove the fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs that are keeping you from experiencing the love that is already waiting for you!

Whether you are single and looking to attract the love your heart desires, you are in a relationship where your heartache stems from wondering what happened and whether you can turn things around and experience the romance and intimacy you once shared, or you want to take your love to a new level, I invite you to sign up for the telesummit, and to share it with the women in your life.  There are people in our lives whose hearts are breaking, and we can bring a message of hope, healing, and new beginnings into their lives.

So, will you do it?  Will you join us on this beautiful journey within?  Will you share it with your friends who may be waiting to hear the message that is going to change their lives and help them open their hearts up to love?

I’m on a mission to end heartache and to let women know that they can have the love they deserve and that their hearts desire.  I’d love for you to join me in this mission. Together we can change the world one woman, one heart at a time!

Click here to learn more and sign up to participate in the “From Heartache to Your Heart’s Desires” Telesummit and to share it with the women in your life!

YOU Were Created for Love!

YOU Were Created for Love!

by Gladys Diaz

Couple pointing_FDP_ID-10068889

“I think I’m just not made out to be in a relationship.”

“I’ve decided that I’m okay not being in a relationship.”

“Maybe there really isn’t someone out there for me.”

“I don’t know.  Maybe I’m just meant to be alone.”

Last week, I had no less than 4 single women tell me statements like the ones above. With that many women expressing the same thing to me in one week, I have to believe that there are more out there with the same thoughts.  And, if you’re one of them, I feel it’s my responsibility to set you straight and let you know that you were created for love!

Now, I realize that there are many different types of love – love among family members and friends, love for humanity, and love for our pets.  But I am referring specifically to romantic love.  Yes, there are people in the world who choose to live a life devoid of romantic love – priest, nuns, and others who have chosen to dedicate their life to their ministry, for instance.  But if you want to be in a romantic relationship and dream of being loved, cherished, and adored for a lifetime, trust that that the dream and desire were placed there from the moment you were created and that it is your birthright to experience the joy of loving and being loved every day of your life.

Perhaps you’ve had some bad experiences with love. Maybe you’ve had your heart broken a few too many times.  Or it could be that you end up attracting really great guys, but then “something happens,” and what used to be a happy, romantic, and fulfilling relationship turns into constant fighting and bickering, and, suddenly, all you can see the guy who once took your breath away are all of the little things that you don’t like, the habits that get on your nerves, and the faults you swore you’d never put up with in a relationship.

If any of this is resonating, it could be that, while you desire to be in a loving, fulfilling relationship, you’re also self-sabotaging yourself out of one.  Don’t beat yourself up about it.  Almost every single woman has experienced the consequences of self-sabotage at least once in her life.

We say that we want to date and find the man who is our every dream come true, but, rather than go to the party or singles mixer, we choose to stay home, watch TV, and live romance vicariously through someone else’s pretend life.

We say we want open and honest communication with a man who is trusting and trustworthy, but we keep being attracted to men who lie, cheat, or seem emotionally unavailable.

We say we want to be in a relationship with a great guy who makes time for us, wants to make us happy and wants a commitment, and then, when we find him, he begins to seem “too nice,” not exciting enough, or too clingy.

Why is it that we sabotage ourselves out of the very thing we say we want most?

1. Fear.  Some of us are so afraid that we won’t get the love we want that we close ourselves off, shut men out, and prevent love from finding its way to us.  Or, when we finally find ourselves in a great relationship, we think it’s either too good to be true or it won’t last, so we keep looking for evidence of everything that’s not right, won’t work or won’t last, and we end the relationship before it even begins.  Rather than letting your fears get the best of you and choose for you, step out in faith.  While it’s true that there is always an element of risk when it comes to love, opening your heart up and allowing love to find its way to you could lead to experiencing the love your heart desires.  Believe that not only is finding love possible, but that it’s possible for you! Let your faith be bigger than your fear!

2. Feelings of Unworthiness.  Maybe, along with your fear there is a belief that you don’t really deserve the happiness and love you desire.  Perhaps you’ve never truly loved and accepted yourself – every part of you – even the parts you don’t really like. Or maybe you’ve done something for which you haven’t forgiven yourself.  Or perhaps you feel like you messed up the relationship with the guy who was “The One.” No matter what you’ve done, what has happened, or what mistakes may have been made, we live in a world that is overflowing with love, and you were created to give, receiving, and experience love.  Believe that you are worthy of love.  If you want to take a 30-day journey to discovering self love, read our book 30 Days and 30 Ways to Fall In Love with YOU!  On each day of the journey, you will be taken through a reflection or activity and be given a new affirmation that will bring you closer to falling in love with yourself, which is the access to attracting love into your life.

3. Negative and Limiting Beliefs.  If you have negative or limiting beliefs about men or relationships, it’s possible that you are blocking the love you say you want.  Thinking that there aren’t any good men left, that men are dishonest or incapable of committing, or believing that relationships are hard or not worth the effort or that they never last doesn’t serve you.  Why would anyone want to experience heartache, disappointment, and lack of fulfillment on purpose?  It’s time to turn those negative beliefs into positive affirmations.  Instead of thinking about all of the things you don’t want to experience in a relationship, begin thinking writing, and speaking about the things you do want.  Soon, you will begin to attract those very things into your life and enjoy the love and happiness that are your birthright!

Some of these things may sound easier said than done.  And it’s true that sometimes the hardest thing is getting out of our own way. However, you don’t have to do this alone.  Working with a relationship coach is one of the best ways to get clear about what you want, what’s been stopping you from having it, and the actions you need to take to get the results that you want.  If you are ready to begin attracting the love that you deserve and desire into your life contact us. Helping women experience the love their hearts desire is our mission and purpose and we’d love to work with and empower you with the skills to live the life and love you want!
